Services

Three engagements. Each one ends with your team running it.

Assessment, build, handoff. Fixed scope, quoted up front, and designed so you stop needing us.

We don't publish prices because a number quoted before scope is known is either wrong or padded. You get the figure in writing before anything starts, and it doesn't move.

01

Where most people start

AI Readiness Assessment

We spend time inside your actual operation — not a questionnaire — and come back with the short list. Where AI earns its keep, where it does not, and what to do first.

Request an assessment

What's included

  • Working session across your real workflows, with the people who do the work
  • Review of the tools you already pay for, and what they are not doing
  • Prioritised roadmap ranked by effort against return
  • Written executive brief you can hand to a partner or a board
  • A straight answer on anything AI should not touch

What you end up with

You leave knowing exactly what to build first, and what to ignore.

Fixed scope. Quoted up front, before anything starts.

02

Scoped from the assessment

Implementation

We build it. In your systems, against your data, under your constraints — with your team in the room watching how it is done, because they are the ones who will run it.

Talk through a build

What's included

  • Scope drawn directly from the assessment findings
  • Built inside your existing stack rather than alongside it
  • Integrations with the tools you already run
  • Your team trained during the build, not after it
  • Documentation written for your people, not for us
  • A defined support window after handoff

What you end up with

A working system your team owns and can change without calling us.

Scoped and quoted after the assessment, so you never buy a build before you know what it should do.

03

Ongoing

Fractional AI Officer

For organisations that want someone who already knows their stack in the room when decisions get made. Not a support contract — a seat at the table.

Ask about ongoing work

What's included

  • Standing strategy time on a regular cadence
  • New tooling evaluated before you buy it
  • Direct access between sessions
  • Team capability kept current as the tooling moves
  • Vendor and build-versus-buy calls made with you

What you end up with

AI decisions get made deliberately instead of reactively.

Ongoing engagement. Quoted on the call once we understand the scope.

The usual path

Most engagements run in this order — and stop when you're ready.

  1. 01

    Discovery call

30 minutes. No pitch. We work out whether this is a fit at all.

  2. 02

    Assessment

Fixed scope. You get the short list and the roadmap.

  3. 03

    Implementation

Scoped from the findings. Built in your stack.

  4. 04

    Handoff

Your team runs it. Ongoing work only if you want it.

Questions

Before you book.

Why are there no prices on this page?
Because a number quoted before scope is known is either wrong or padded. Every engagement is fixed-scope and quoted up front, once we understand what you actually need. You will have the number in writing before anything starts, and it will not move.
Do I have to start with the assessment?
Almost always, yes. Implementation scoped without one is guesswork, and we would be charging you to find out what we should have known first. The exception is a narrow, well-defined problem you can already describe precisely.
What if AI is not the right answer?
Then we say so. A meaningful part of most assessments is the list of things that should stay manual, or that need a process fix rather than a tool.
Do you work outside New England?
Most of the work is remote, so geography is rarely a constraint. We are based in Haverhill, Massachusetts and can be on site anywhere in New England, which is where most of our clients are.

Start with the call. Everything else follows from it.

Tell us what's slow, expensive or manual. We'll tell you honestly whether AI helps — including when it doesn't.
