Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding payments, and we will provide reasonable assistance in transitioning your data and services.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
