Training

Courses, not consulting.

Five live, instructor-led courses for Massachusetts teams. Each one is a fixed ten-hour curriculum, taught on standardized practice material, priced per trainee, and sold and invoiced on its own.

Training is a separate product from our consulting. A course never includes an assessment, implementation, advisory work or work on your own systems, and buying one does not depend on buying the other.

The catalog

Five courses.

Every course runs ten instructional hours at $300 per hour, $3,000 per trainee, live during paid work hours. Each one is filed with the Massachusetts Workforce Training Fund Express program, and the label beside each course shows where its listing stands. Statuses checked October 9, 2026.

Where training ends

What a course is, and what it is not.

Every course is

  • A standalone course, sold and invoiced on its own under the course title.
  • A fixed curriculum with set learning objectives, taught live by an instructor during paid work hours.
  • Hands-on practice on standardized material that is identical for every participant.
  • Priced per trainee: $300 per instructional hour, ten hours, $3,000.

No course is

  • Not an assessment, implementation, advisory or coaching engagement, and not bundled with or dependent on one.
  • Not work on your own systems or data. Applying the method to your business happens after the course, outside training hours.
  • Not inclusive of AI tool licenses, subscriptions or software access. Participants use free or employer-held accounts; practice files are provided at no charge.
  • Not self-paced. Every hour is live and instructor-led.

If you also want help building something inside your business, that is a separate consulting engagement with its own scope, agreement and invoice. You can take a course without one, and a course is never folded into one.

Paying for it

Massachusetts may reimburse the course.

Once a course is approved, an employer with 100 or fewer Massachusetts employees can apply to the Workforce Training Fund Express program for 100% of the course cost, up to $3,000 per employee. Every participant must be a W-2 employee of the company receiving the grant, including owner-operators. The employer applies at least 21 days before the first session; program questions go to express@commcorp.org. Our help with the application is free.
